Marketing & Business Development Executive/Manager
An established Visitor Management company from the UK, we are looking to expand operations, initially into Singapore and subsequently throughout Asia within the next 5 years.
Our products include the provision of industry-leading software solutions for the Visitor and Contractor Management market place; supplemented with printed services and a full range of visitor/contractor ID accessories.
As a representative of our company, you will be part of a professional and motivated marketing team with a ‘can do’ attitude, responsible for establishing our business and growing our customer base in Singapore and throughout Asia.
Responsibilities
- Undertake strategic lead generation to support business targets
- Obtain and process market data from a variety of sources
- Organise, analyse and develop lead generation and marketing strategy to systematically assess the market to access and ensure that all business opportunities are exploited
- Constantly monitor and develop the market approach to address the characteristics of different market segments
- Enhance the marketing strategy in co-ordination with business targets and organisational development
- Develop, implement and maintain a regular reporting system to effectively communicate strategic data across the functional divisions of the business
- Identify opportunities for services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Work on innovative projects
- Strategic input into the forecast of sales targets and ensure that the sales team are consistently supported with lead generation and business development
- Develop and maintain a tracking system which records all business development, lead generation, marketing and sales activity
- Develop a clear understanding of the business model and strategy and demonstrate commitment and contribution to take ownership of a key contributing activity within the business
Requirements
- Good analytical and product management and presentation skills required
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to produce reporting documentation of a high standard to explain strategy and report performance across each segment of the business
- Establish and build relationships with new clients
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts
- Independent yet a team player, creative, highly-driven, passionate and inquisitive
- Self motivated and result oriented
- Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution, preferably in Business, Marketing
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
Remuneration
- Salary: Basic Salary appropriate to qualifications and experience
- 5-day working week
